| Illustrious Brother Idelson served the Fraternity with distinction
for 52 years. He was Commander of the Council of Kadosh, Member of the Executive Committee, Degree Master for the
10th and 14th Degrees, Trustee & First Vice President of the Scottish Rite Foundation of Florida. In the community Illustrious
Brother Idelson was elected to the Sarasota Board of City Commissioners and served on the Boards of The Ringling School
of Art and Design, Sunnyland Council of the Boy Scouts and the Sarasota Salvation Army Advisory Board, receiving the
Others Award in 1997. |
